Designed for multi-channel deployment—across kiosks, mobile, and web—Sarah handled tens of thousands of queries from attendees, reducing the burden on human support teams and enhancing user engagement across the board.
Behind the Scenes: AIccel Pathway Automation
The experience was powered end-to-end by our AIccel Pathway framework, which enabled intelligent coordination between multiple backend AI agents. From automated notifications and session reminders to real-time announcements and post-event feedback collection, Gaude’s automation suite ensured a frictionless experience for organizers and participants alike.
